It's exactly what it sounds like. What does the team think about coming to work. What do they love? What do they hate? What do they think should change?
Once I get an annonymous assesment of "their perspective", I can let you know as the leader if some coaching will be beneficial or if the team doesn't seem to have the right players.

This is Joybird's favorite assessment. Meant to help the business owner get a sense of how he is showing up on the homefront. If you are killing it at work, you want to make sure that you are doing the same and even better at home with those you love.
Zoom meeting will be set up with those you'd like feedback from up to 6 people can be interviewed. You will receive a written report and a 30 minute Zoom call where we discuss results and coaching that might bolster areas that need attention.
